Meet Your Trainer

I have been coaching and training sports disciplines since I was 16. That experience lead me to specialize in proper technics needed for different sports so that the athlete can recover quickly and avoids injuries. 

Growing up in El Paso, Texas, I attended Americas High School; where I fell in love with sports and sports training. After graduation, I attended El Paso Community College for my Pre Reqs. Then I moved to Lubbock, Texas to attend Texas Tech University for my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science. Wanting to continue to grow my knowledge in sports science, I traveled to Barbourvile, Kentucky so that I could pursue my Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Health at Union College. 

After finishing my Bachelor's degree I found a position as assistant soft ball coach with the El Paso Tejanas. That job put me on the road to getting my Masters in Kentucky. While attending Union College I assisted them with their swim and dive team. And now, by founding Niche Sports Fitness, I have begun my dream of helping people achieve their goals and aspirations on their fitness journey. All of my classes are based on the real world experience I gained training professional and college athletes.
